Puppy sales policy
Pricing
We do not publish puppy prices online. Price is discussed during an in-person visit or over the phone, so we can talk through the puppy, the paperwork, and your family's questions together. Prices may differ between puppies and are confirmed in writing in the sales agreement before any money changes hands.
Deposits & reservations
Puppy pricing is not published online. Price is discussed during an in-person visit or over the phone so we can answer your questions directly. A non-refundable reservation deposit holds a specific puppy and is applied toward the agreed balance. A puppy is only considered reserved once the deposit is received and we confirm it in writing.
Refunds & cancellations
Reservation deposits are non-refundable, because holding a puppy means turning other families away. If we cancel a reservation, or the puppy you reserved becomes unavailable for a health reason before pickup, you may choose a full deposit refund or transfer the deposit to a future litter. The remaining balance is due in full on or before pickup day.
Pickup & go-home day
Puppies go home no earlier than 8 weeks of age, on the date we agree together. Please arrange pickup within 7 days of the agreed go-home date unless we have written arrangements for boarding. Bring a secure crate or carrier. Puppies are released only after the balance is paid in full and the sales agreement is signed.
Sales agreement
Every puppy goes home with a written sales agreement covering price, deposit, health guarantee, and buyer responsibilities. Buyers agree to provide veterinary care, safe housing, and humane treatment, and to contact us first if they can no longer keep the puppy. We reserve the right to decline any sale if we believe a home is not a good fit for the puppy.
Buyer screening
We are a small family breeder and we place puppies at our discretion. We may ask about your home, schedule, other pets, and experience with dogs. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a sale and return any deposit paid if we believe a placement is not in the puppy's best interest.
Rehoming
If at any point you can no longer keep your puppy, please contact us first. We ask that our puppies never be surrendered to a shelter or resold without giving us the opportunity to help or take the dog back.
Health & disclaimer
Health guarantee
Each puppy leaves us after a veterinary wellness exam, with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, and with the records we have on file. We provide a limited health guarantee against life-threatening congenital defects, valid only if the puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup and kept current on veterinary care. The guarantee does not cover parasites, minor or treatable conditions, injury, neglect, or illness contracted after leaving our home. Written terms are provided in the sales agreement.

Temperament, size & coat
Adult size, coat type, coat color, and temperament in mixed-breed doodle puppies can vary and cannot be guaranteed. Any estimates we share are honest opinions based on the parents and our experience, not promises. Training, socialization, diet, and exercise after your puppy goes home are the owner's responsibility.
Buyer responsibility after pickup
Once a puppy leaves our home, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy's health, care, safety, training, and behavior, and for any costs or damages associated with the dog. We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage occurring after pickup, except as expressly stated in the written health guarantee.
Privacy policy
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through our viewing-request and contact forms — typically your name, phone number, email address, and any message or preferences you share. We do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, arrange a visit, and keep you updated about a puppy you are interested in. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where needed to operate this website or where required by law.
Retention & your choices
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for our records and to answer follow-up questions. You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you have submitted by emailing or calling us using the contact details below.
Children & website data
This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. Our site may use basic technical data (such as your browser storing your session) to function correctly; it does not run advertising trackers.

No offer or contract
Nothing on this website is a binding offer to sell. A reservation exists only when a deposit is received and confirmed by us, and a sale exists only under a signed written sales agreement. Submitting a form on this site does not reserve a puppy.

All photographs and written content on this site belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used elsewhere without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
